So do not, for example, suddenly spring upon your reader a set of experimental hypotheses contradicting the ideas you discussed in the first part of your introduction. If you wish to disagree with existing arguments or findings in the literature, then include also arguments (ideally substantiated by references) in the first part of your introduction outlining and justifying your own viewpoint.
